I would also love to see this included in inkscape by default. All of the other QR code generators I know of are limited to fixed-size raster images. Being able to generate fully scalable QR codes within your svg document makes it possible to use QR codes in business cards, flyers, or anything that needs graphic design work in a truly useful way.
