-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I finally figured out why udev wasn't creating my /dev/sda nodes. It had to do with having CONFIG_SYSFS_DEPRECATED set to true in the kernel. This caused udev to ignore some of my block devices and that causes grub-install to fail. Removing that option and rebooting gives me my block devices and grub is installing on my raid device.
Please close this bug, thanks. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAk3vyG8ACgkQy+3rXk0dCBrbHQCdGsUMfbRHOOWKVR8Uw8MK+0MT GDcAn2oY9VJlA/Lko4msSEY2mS6J3CpH =asEk -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
