I wouldn't think so, considering that I temporarily switched to another
mirror ("debian.inode.at") and all 3 "misbehaving" packages got installed
flawlessly. So it's more probably something wrong on the 2 mirrors I used
to use.
On the debian-amd64 mailing list, they suggested "some failure to update
from the main archive". I then asked who should be informed of this kind
of problem (as, quite rightly, the maintainers do not take responsibility
for this) but got no answer :-(
