New upstream

Please enable JACK MIDI. It's more accurate then ALSA MIDI.

* New build options:
        * RTMIDI_DRIVER: selects the RtMIDI backend. Default depends on the OS.
          Allowed values: ALSA, JACK, COREMIDI, IRIX, WINMM, NET.
        * PROGRAM_NAME: selects the executable name.
