Yes, I have prepared a version to upload today or tomorrow, lower the severity does not mean I won't fix it as quick as possible, :) I've talked with some people on #debian-devel, and know about it's the historical behaviour of our buildd, which do conflict with policy. Then I think it should be mentioned in policy or other documentation to let people aware - what is described in Section 7.1 of policy does not work on buildd because we have a good reason. -- Regards, Aron Xu
