No, I sent the mail only to [email protected], which I think should be enough, but I will now bcc to that address also.
If submitter should be informed about new messages by default, then submitter should be included into the subscriber list automaticly. It makes no sense that every person needs to do one extra task manually, considering how easy it must be to automate it if wanted.
