Hi Andreas, I'm sorry. I can not reproduce the problem anymore. Till yesterday I switched the Cool'n'Quit function off and after your reminder I turned it on again. I have no problems anymore. Perhaps there was a problem with my grafic card before, because I had to replace it some weeks ago.
Please close the issue ... If it occurrs again, I will update my bios.
