just trying this:

+15198884567 => +1 519 8884567 - Windsor (US) - DTAG T-ISDN

Or, reading my syslog (numbers hidden):
* Call to tei 127 from +1 519/XXXXXXX, United States, Windsor on +49 *
XXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX RING (Speech)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^
As you can see in Wikipedia[2], the 519 area code solely covers areas
in Canada, and the number above is actually the university of
Waterloo, Ontario, also Canada.
To increase confusion, the sources reveal whoever compiled that data
knew what they were doing:
$ grep -A3 Windsor isdnlog/tools/dest/cities.dat
N:Windsor #Windsor, Ontario
T:YQG
C:+1519
R:US # Kanada
^^ ^^^^^^
Recompiling /usr/share/isdn/dest.cdb at least results a correct
isdnrate output, I cannot trigger a call from Canada to check
isdnlog's activity, though.
Can you please rectify this in an upcoming release?
