Package: rpm Version: 4.8.1-7 Installing Fedora 15 packages in a chroot results in this message: rpmlib(FileCaps) <= 4.6.1-1 is needed by glibc-common-2.13.90-9.i686 because Fedora 15 requires an rpm built with support for file capabilities.
