Hello, according to http://release.debian.org/~aba/la/current.txt libzrtpcpp's la file is not listed in another packages' dependency_libs line anymore and can therefore be simply removed. I have uploaded a straightforward NMU which implements this to delayed/14. (Just tell me, if that is inaccepatble for you, and I will remove it.)
