python2.5 is going to be removed from the archive very soon [0]. A recent python-defaults upload already disabled support for Python 2.5, so it is no longer a supported version for modules and extensions. This package still depends on one or or more packages built on top of the python2.5 source package, and will be uninstallable when they will be removed from Sid and Wheezy. Consider preparing a no-change upload to automatically get rid of those dependencies. If you have additional changes to implement, feel free to do so, they won't affect dependency changes.
