Well, I don't know. Reportbug uses $EDITOR to edit the report so I could just delete the "version" field and you probably wouldn't notice that is missing, but I forgot to do this. There is another wishlist bug on reportbug, it always send reports using charset="us-ascii", but it should be using UTF-8, or at least there should be an option to change the charset.
