Package: util-linux Version: 2.17.2-9.1 Severity: important I updated to the new kernel (2.6.38) and reboot the machine and the boot process fail with this error:
Checking file systems... fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2 fsck.ext3: Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/sdb6 Filesystem mounted or opened exclusively by another program? fsck.ext3: Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/sdb7 Filesystem mounted or opened exclusively by another program? fsck.ext3: Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/sdb5 Filesystem mounted or opened exclusively by another program? fsck died with exit status 8 failed(code 8). If I restart on 2.6.32, the problem doesn't appear. Note that I had a problem more or less similar when loading 2.6.35 (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=585677). This bug is _not_ solved.
