First of all, let me thank you for your kind contributions on Debian. I decided to file this bug report because I cannot install the recently updated package for kbabel. While reviewing the dependencies, I realized kbabel depends on libgamin0 instead of libfam0. libgamin0 conflicts libfam0, and here you have the problem. For instance, you cannot satisfy the Depends field on kbabel, as this package depends on kdelibs4c2 (depends libfam0) and libgamin0 (conflicts libfam0).
