ldaptor-webui was developed for an ancient twisted version. There is no newer upstream version that is compatible with any recent twisted version. ldaptor-webui has been removed from unstable/testing.
I don't have the time and the knowledge of twisted-web internals to port
ldaptor-webui to current twisted APIs.
