Package: pdf2djvu Version: 0.7.6-1 Severity: wishlist
pdf2djvu uses a simple algorithm for conversion of pages. With didjvu there is a superior algorithm available, but didjvu lacks the code to pick PDFs apart. It would be nice if both could be combined. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'proposed-updates'), (500, 'stable'), (10, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.38-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages pdf2djvu depends on: ii djvulibre-bin 3.5.24-1 Utilities for the DjVu image forma ii libc6 2.11.2-11 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libdjvulibre21 3.5.24-1 Runtime support for the DjVu image ii libgcc1 1:4.5.2-4 GCC support library ii libgomp1 4.5.2-4 GCC OpenMP (GOMP) support library ii libgraphicsmagick++3 1.3.12-1+b1 format-independent image processin ii libpoppler5 0.12.4-1.2 PDF rendering library ii libstdc++6 4.5.2-4 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-2 GNOME XML library ii libxslt1.1 1.1.26-7 XSLT 1.0 processing library - runt pdf2djvu recommends no packages.
