Help welcome in debian/control, you use 'Bastien Roucariès <[email protected]>', but in debian/changelog you use 'Bastien ROUCARIÈS <[email protected]>'. therefore, since the name doesn't match, you as the uploader (from changelog) are not marked as co-maintainer (in control) and hence lintian thinks you're doing an (improper versioned) NMU.
