Upstream gave the following response: "The dar_par.dcf cannot include a -s option which defines the size of slices, because else, this would fix the slice of size to a particular value (and -s alone is not allowed, -s requires an argument). Fixing the slice size to a given value will not match anyone need everytime, so the expected use of dar_par.dcf is to call it the following way: "dar -s <size of your own> -B dar_par.dcf "Now, yes, this "problem" (I would rather speak of usage restriction) will no longer be an issue with dar 2.4.0." If you disagree with this, can you please leave a comment on the upstream BTS? https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3230325&group_id=65612&atid=511613# Thanks -- Brian May <br...@microcomaustralia.com.au> -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
