The instructions which triggered this message are :

which imply writing into a file /home/user/.felix-out.tif with the
application ddjvu
So either you are missing the application ddjvu or the directory
/home/user is not writable.
I shall fix the packages dependency : it sould depend on djvulibre-bin,
obviously!

You are right: every software should at least be able to output messages
in a language provided by a world-sized empire. Possible examples of
language are : Latin, English (by order of appearance).
I suggest to Yves Ouvrard, the upstream author, to modify the default
value of the messages to be in Latin rather than in French. You are free
to contribute to the localization of the package in your mother tongue.
By the way, the dictionary featured by felix-latin is only
Latin->French. If you are aware of an already digitalized Latin-English
dictionary available in the public domain or under some free license,
please inform us.
