This is known, expected and fixed in 1.7.9-2 which will be uploaded when Xfce 4.8 is uploaded to unstable. Oh and by the way you shouldn't even have been able to install 4.8 panel along with screenshooter (it's only the case because shlibs are demoted to recommends and not depends).
