The lizenz and the code are not DFSG conform. So will never find it in Debians repo. If I understood you right everything works perfect with your modprobe.d hack. But not with latest Skype beta 2.1.0.81. Downgrade to 2.1.0.47 including your modeprobe hack everything works fine?
