This is analogous to bug #546460 of an: if I run

   wordplay -f /usr/share/dict/italian areni

I get

Anagrams found:
     1.  ARENI
     2.  ERA IN
     3.  REA IN
     4.  ANI RE
     5.  ARI NE
     6.  IRA NE
     7.  ARò NEI

while the last one is clearly incorrect, since there was no 'ò' in my string.

Basically, wordplay only works for English speakers. It must be because it's
not aware of UTF-8 encoding, as suggested by Paul Martin in the other bug.
