Hi, I got my test working by changing the following php5-suhosin settings to larger values (both required):

The issue is in fact caused by php5-suhosin module (not the patch). Thanks for the hint, I forgot that the new behaviour of apt is to install Recommends as well, so php5-suhosin get installed by default when doing apt-get install libapache2-mod-php5.
