Installing mypaint 0.9.0-1 from wheezy on squeeze does not pull mypaint-data
from wheezy, because the dependency of mypaint on mypaint-data is not
versioned. I ended up with mypaint 0.9.0-1 and mypaint-data 0.8.2-1.1, and
mypaint refused to start with the following traceback:

Making mypaint 0.9.0-1 depend on mypaint-data (= 0.9.0-1) or (>= 0.9.0) would
fix this.
