This is to document that the code for Strobe
in all probability contains a bug that is
forgiven by Linux and Glibc, but does surface
for FreeBSD and OpenBSD. This ought to be
reviewed for the better of it.

In FreeBSD already

     strobe localhost

leads to an infinite loop, consuming all
processing resources. With OpenBSD

     strobe localhost localhost

produces the same behaviour. Of course, both
are different from GNU/Linux, but correctness
is a benefit in itself. These observations
surfaced in developing IPv6 support that can
be used with Linux and *BSD.
