Package: extlinux Version: 2:4.03+dfsg-10The default value for EXTLINUX_DEFAULT is 0, which is quite wrong given that extlinux no longer creates an entry with such a name.
The manual page is not up-to-date either: "This variable specifies the default entry to boot. Value is an integer starting with 0 for the first entry, [...]."
