The normal  way is to use  dbconfig-common. There is  a debconf question
that asks if the user wants  to use dbconfig-common. If yes, the upgrade
is automatic.

However,  this is  optional and  the package  may contain  some fallback
instructions.  The SQL files to use are in:
 /usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/roundcube
