I guess it could be with even higher severity since it makes software-center
useless on a fresh squeeze installation
We have installed software-center as a part of d-i preseed/late_command for
NeuroDebian VM and as a result, software-center fails to start (see below).
this issue is known to "upstream" and was fixed (iirc) in the version we have
in experimental.
Workaround for it is to run update-software-center (with su privileges), but
ideally squeeze-proposed-updates should carry fixed-up version
