Hi Sergey,
there have been two updates to libv4lconvert since the version in
squeeze. Can you please install libv4l-0 from testing (0.8.2-1) and
check if the error is still occurs?

If it still happens:
* please attach the lsusb output
* is the camera connected to a hub? If yes, please connect it directly
into you (rear) USB ports
* are there any error messages in the kernel log (dmesg, /var/log/messages)?
