Trying to generate a PDF from --url=example.com produces one with one blank page and no error or warning is issued. Using --url=http://example.com instead does work. If URLs must be fully written and no protocol will be assumed (as the manpage seems to suggest) then an error message should be generated for those which don't provide one.
