Hrm, we pulled out the syncml plugin as the current libsyncml isn't compatible with the 0.22 plugin and nobody contributed a 0.22 port to it. I guess you have that syncml-http-server lying around from an earlier package or so, the curent squeeze content file does not seem to reference it.
