Bug#596099: dh-autoreconf: cbds rule creates debhelper.log files

You can probably do

autoreconf-clean::
        dh_autoreconf_clean

clean:: autoreconf-clean


So that dh_autoreconf_clean is called before dh_clean, no matter in what order
you include debhelper.mk and autoreconf.mk.
