Thanks.  Could you attach a gzipped postscript file from printing to
postscript in one of the problematic cases (maybe iceweasel)?

It would also be interesting to see what "gs -dSAFER foo.ps" does in
each case (with ghostscript-x installed).  Do you have all the fonts
that those postscript files use?  Does gs do better at displaying them
than cups-pdf did at printing to PDF?
