Version: 0.13.2-2
If build-dependencies are not satisfied (e.g. python-yaml in the example
above), running "setup.py nosetests" results in downloading them over
the Internet. While this is of course user's fault that b-d are not
satisfied, it's a poor justification for downloading and running
untrusted code.
