Package: replaceit
Version: 1.0.0-5
Severity: wishlist
Command line text utils commonly accept standard input;
it's not clear if 'replaceit' v1.0.0 supports stdin:
# change 'cat' to 'coot'
% echo cat | replaceit a oo c ; echo $?
Error: Cannot open (No such file or directory)0
% echo cat | replaceit --input=- a oo c ; echo $?
Error: Cannot open - (No such file or directory)0
Also the ')0' indicates the error message needs a linefeed.
Hope this helps...
