Proposed fix: Add #include<net-snmp/agent/net-snmp-agent-includes.h> to apps/snmptrapd_auth.c in patch 61_vacm_missing_dependency_check.patch

I'd suggest that the severity is bumped, as snmptrapd is unusable in debians default configuration, as it only works if "disableAuthorization yes" is added to /etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf
