Package: apt-file
Version: 2.0.6
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

apt-file depends on curl to fetch the database.
But right now the apt-file package only "Recommends" curl whereas it
should be dependent on
package "curl" because it loses its functionality without it.
