Package: perl
Version: 5.10.1-16

Filing a bug so I don't forget. The ITP is #608294 .

The main thing is to add Provides: libencode-perl so that any unversioned
dependencies don't pull in the separate package unnecessarily.

The Conflicts+Replaces could wait for later but it doesn't hurt to add
them at the same time.

Okay. I've prepared this for upload and will do so next week.
CCing [email protected] in case this needs some change in
the version of perl in experimental.

Cheers,
Dominic.
