IDLE3 seems to crash when invoking the keyboard shortcut for autocompletion
(ctrl + space).
How to reproduce:
1. Start idle3.
2. Press ctrl + space.
3. Idle crashes, with the following on stdout:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xc0 in position 0: invalid
start byte
Note that this problem does not occur with using IDLE (for Python 2.6).
