Hi, This is about http://bugs.debian.org/237060 Resend to correct bug. Taking out Lars Brückner, adress is dead. For any reason the submitter has corrupted/removed his /etc/X11/app-default/XDvi which made the installation of tetex-bin fail. I had a look at the actual situation in TeX Live 2009: the file does not exist any more in TL. The only file named XDvi is in /etc/texmf/xdvi . I renamed the file and run mktexlsr. Nevertheless "texconfig-sys init" run through fine. So I guess the situation has been resolved. Can we close this issue or should we reassign it to texlive-binaries? > >> >> That _does_ help.
