It should directly use it, since we have no RequestReboot() and
Shutdown() is the only way for us.

Patch/API documentation? Patch preferred, although then you would have
to sign a contributors license agreement (if you have not signed one
yet) with Canonical[1] in order to allow useful merging of the two
branches.
