Package: gnome-panel Severity: normal some gnome programs like alacarte use gnome-desktop-item-edit, but dont need anything else from the gnome-panel package (which in my case needs 60MB for it self and it's dependencies).
I ran in to this problem because i am using gnome-shell, and therefore removed gnome-panel, but now alacarte craches because it can't find gnome-desktop-item- edit.
