Bug#603897: speech-dispatcher w/ flite not working

Thanks for looking into bug 603897.  Will the fix be rolled into Squeeze
release (final) or should I take the time to roll my own package?  If the
fix won't be in Squeeze, I'll roll my own now, otherwise I will wait.
