In order to make use of the email book functionality the
python-dnspython package needs to be installed. If not calibre throws a
python exception that dns.resolver could not be imported.
Te replicate simply install calibre, import a book (or select an already
imported book), configure an email address in Preferences->Email
delivery, right click a book->Send to device->Email to <email address>.
A popup with the python exception should now appear.
Install python-dnspython, retry and the book gets sent.
