Package: tiger
Version: 1:3.2.3-6
Severity: important
On my machine tiger was unable to identify the UMASK setting in
/etc/login.defs. I think this *COULD* be because my vi has some
config to convert tabs into 4 spaces. However even if that is the
case it still looks like a bug to me since the file is perfectly valid.
In order to fix it I had to change
/usr/lib/tiger/systems/Linux/2/check_umask
to have this line
GLOBALUMASK=`$GREP ^UMASK $GLOBALFILE | $CUT -f3`
