Thank you for your answer. I installed xfe-i18n and xfe-themes, but the problem is still the same. Of course I can select "move application" from the menu of my window manager and then activate the option "remember position". This works. But if a new user starts xfe the very first time he has no window decoration and I assume that he will be helpless. So it would be great if you could fix the bug in xfe 1.32.1-4 because this will be part of the next stable release of Debian.
