Is there anything wrong with the (complete) translations currently provided by Ubuntu in launchpad and pending merge in Debian? While I could merge yours for Squeeze, I prefer to use the Ubuntu-provided ones for wheezy. You can help with the translations upstream by proposing changes at the following URLs, after which they will be checked by a member of the Ubuntu translation team and then accepted/rejected: https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+source/software-center https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/software-center https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/software-center (the last one being the current development version) An exception from this rule (for now) is the documentation, since it requires changes (although merging with the Ubuntu lucid translation might make sense here too). Could you rebase your help translation against the branch http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~juliank/software-center/debian/ - and is the translated documentation even built and installed? -- Julian Andres Klode - Debian Developer, Ubuntu Member See http://wiki.debian.org/JulianAndresKlode and http://jak-linux.org/. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
