No, none yet. Now would be a good time though. I'll put it on my TODO list, but I'd be very happy if somebody could step up. It's as simple as making a bluez-pinhelper virtual package, provided by the existing bluez-pin package, and creating a simple little pinhelper that just echoes the contents of /etc/bluetooth/pin in a package like bluez-pinhelper-static, which also provies bluez-pinhelper. Then bluez-utils need only depend on the virtual package.
