I don't have a strong opinion on that since makes more sense to have
it automatically enabled by default and some people don't want to have
color-theme enabled so I don't know how go here.
Looks interesting to minimize the number of packages and the size of
this one really suggest it but the doubt I have is explained above.
What do you think?
