Package: dput
Version: 0.9.2.19
Severity: normal

I have 2 secret keys matching my debian.org identity, one of which is
my old/obsolete RSA key:

| sec 768R/03A3F7F5 1997-02-17
| uid Yann Dirson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
|
| sec 1024D/5C33C1B8 2000-07-04
| uid Yann Dirson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

My gnupg.conf contains the necessary information for this key to be
used by debsign:

| default-key 5C33C1B8

Despite this, dcut selects the 1st one, which happens to make it
useless for me, since it looks like I cannot override its choice :)

It looks like debsign has some means to override its choice, using the
DEBSIGN_KEYID variable. Furthermore, debsign now supports .commands
files by itself, and does select the correct key:

| $ cat /tmp/dcut.Lxfn8H/dcut._dirson_debian_org_.1124564346.29840.commands
| Uploader: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
| Commands:
| rm gcompris*
| $ debsign /tmp/dcut.Lxfn8H/dcut._dirson_debian_org_.1124564346.29840.commands
| signfile /tmp/dcut.Lxfn8H/dcut._dirson_debian_org_.1124564346.29840.commands
5C33C1B8
|
| You need a passphrase to unlock the secret key for
| user: "Yann Dirson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"
| 1024-bit DSA key, ID 5C33C1B8, created 2000-07-04

So I suppose the best alternative is to rely on debsign.
